Initiating a Return
If you believe your item is eligible for a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Exclusions
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your purchase included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
